I really suck at creating tables with HTML. I've forgotten all about them -__-" and I had to re-learn the basics. It took me two hours to create my sig and another 2 hours to create my profile. Now it's finished! All thanks to this wonderful site.

Supposedly we were scheduled to enroll at 2pm today. I arrived at 11am and waited 3 hours at RP. When I came back it was shifted to 3pm...then 4pm...then finally they decided to have us come back tomorrow at 9am -_-. I hate enrollment day in UP, most especially late registration.
