Today I:
--have been mostly useless

No, really. Brenna went to the vet and got picked up, I did grocery shopping, we ate out for breakfast and dinner so that blew the diet, and I took a 4 hour nap. --tried to go for a run, cramped, and did a walk instead
--laid out the new soaker hose
--took a shower
--took a nap
--actually cooked dinner
--stayed on the diet all day long (OMG)
--Read A Finer Command of Language, which was just beautiful (Panic at the Disco RPS, for those of you who'd rather avoid such things ( Read more... )

Y'all totally need to check out the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. It's YA, the Greek gods and monsters are still alive, and the teenage protagonist is awesome. As is the concept, which is just *clever*.
