Freedom of the de-Press-ing

Yes, I agree with the court that freedom of the press, at face value, includes the freedom to lie and distort facts.  Ultimately, however, is this a question of "shouting fire in a crowded theater?"

I will freely and openly admit that I do not have all the facts on climate change. I guess that my main problem is that it's so politicized that everyone that wants to talk about it either believes that it is a paranoid overreaction or that climate change will come to judge the living and the dead and lay waste to sinners and faithful alike ( Read more... )
