It's a gorgeous day and I am stuck inside trying to figure out what was going through the head of an 11th century teenager stuck in a monastery somewhere in England.  It was probably a gorgeous day on the day he misspelled an OE gloss in such a way as to shatter all my shakily constructed etymology arguments.  Doubtless that explains it.  I feel ya ( Read more... )
