Yesterday I was in really bad state of mind.

I successfully calmed myself down after initial onset of two panic attacks-
and i had a bloody nose while driving.

I talked to my math professor, and he gave me some good tips.

that's a lie.

I studied for Biology 112 lastnight, and made a bunch of flash-cards.
Jorie wasn't home when I got there... and she would't tell me what she was doing other than that she was with Stephanie.

I shrugged it off and studied more.
I also called my mum to get calmed down.

It was Alden's birthday yesterday- he's now 20.
I only got to see him for about 2 hours though- and 3/4ths of it was marching band.

Jorie and sqtephanie showed up at around 10pm
