Pinup Girl Clothing recently announced that their new spring line will be inspired by the art of Mary Blair, and I couldn't be more excited.  I LOVE Mary Blair!  She was a Disney artist, mostly active in the 1940s and 50s, and her distinctive graphic style influenced films like The Three Caballeros, Peter Pan, and Alice in Wonderland.  It's her ( Read more... )

Today was exhausting.  Seanie and I went to the Renaissance Faire at Casa de Fruta in Hollister.  We were determined to have fun, whether it rained or shone, but the weather sorely tested us, I think!

On Sunday night, the conversation somehow turned to costumes. I don't remember how, but it was decided that Kitty, Kero and I would go shopping for Halloween costumes. There's a big costume warehouse up in Mountain View that is reputed to have a great selection, so we decided to check it out.
