well, now that i got all that aggression out by shoveling and helping free other trapped cars, I'm feeling much better.

I got a ride to my car, and had no difficulty whatsoever getting it home.
maybe i can get a quick hour of cello in.

so much anger today. I've been trying to let go of it all but it just piled up so much last night i carried it all day and it only got worse. I can't seem to get rid of it.

I try to let go of the anger but it won't stay gone. I can't escape it.
