The fortune I got at 98 Pounds yesterday read "You tend to spark the flame of enthusiasm in people." That sure seemed to be the case yesterday. I was making the wrestlers and coaches laugh a lot. My wit was firing on all cylinders.

The phrase "o' clock in the morning" seems like it's only said when the person saying it thinks the time is extreme. "I stayed up until one o' clock in the morning" or "I have a meeting at ten o' clock in the morning". I was reading a few snippets on meditation in the last couple days. Some of the things that the book talked about were things that I already do. Then it occurred to me that meditation is probably somewhat instinctive for introverts, but more of a challenge for extraverts. Words like "special" and "gifted" are funny. Inherently, they're positive terms. However, because they are used to describe someone with some sort of disability or developmental problem, being described as such makes it seem negative and insulting (who wants to be told they come across as mentally disabled?).
