Cell Phones.
There is no other answer other than that. It is so unbelieveably rude when I am serving someone at the cash and they come up on a cell phone, ignore all the questions that I indeed NEED to ask them, "Do you have a _____ card?" "would you like a bag"  They just utterly ignore them/
