what a day! LONG, lots of detail I don't want to forget

I woke up about 5 this morning, couldn't get back to sleep so talked to Barry for a couple hours. It was nice.
I took the kids to school, came home, finished my make up and then went to the home depot for my job interview. I got there early (which was on purpose I wanted to make sure to find it and to be there early in case there were a lot of people waiting at customer service. No one was waiting so I was indeed early.
I met with Mike, the head of Human Resources. He was a nice guy, easy to talk with. We went through 9 different scenes adn how I would react to them. I think I did really well. he asks me a couple more questions and then lets me ask him some questions. I ask and then he offered me a job. 1.25 more an hour than what I am making now, and about twice the hours. I would need to work weekends but could request to open or close or if I needed the time off I could request it. There is usually not a problem with getting time off. After 90 days I would get a 50 cent raise automatically and then could start putting in to work in different departments. he remembered that I wanted to move into bookkeeping and said that they would absolutely train me in that way. I would be able to be the back up book keeper until a position became available. I have heard a lot of good things about working for HD...so my official offer will be contingent on my passing a drug test and a criminal back ground check. I have no problem with either of those and will take the test at 9 tomorrow morning.
My plan ahd been to take it right after the interview but remembered that in December I lost my driver's lisence so would have to stop at DMV to get a replacement. NOT SO FREAKIN EASY. I guess on Feb. 4th the law changed and they can no longer take a SS# as ID. I have to have my birth certificate. I was born in Virginia. It will take at least 4 days to get here. I have to take the drug test within a certain amount of hours from the job offer. I called the drug place and asked what I could do. They said that if a home depot manager came down to verify that I was who I said I was they would take that. I called Mike back and explained the situation. He is having a girl named Susie, who I have never met, meet me there tomorrow morning at 9 and swearing I am me. WEIRD.
So after wasting a ton of time at DMV I finally came home and ate some red pepper slices and salami. I got my birth certificate ordered, calmed down a little bit and watched a little felicity.
I then had a doctors appointment for the "dizzy/almost fainting spells" I keep having. She did some blood work, I had an ekg (which seemed ok), we talked about my stress level, we discussed how worried I am about Miles (she is our family doctor so is very well versed in all of our health). She agreed it didn't sound "normal" or like Miles so she is going to look into him seeing a behavioural pediatrition (I think that is what she called it). She didn't think there was any reason to panic but she doesn't like how frequently the "episodes" were happening. we'll see what we find out.
I ate a quick hamburger on the way to work...a mistake. I haven't had fast food almost at all this year, and a hamburger, fries, and a root beer were NOT a great plan. I had a stomach ache all night at work.
I saw my kiddos as I dropped them off at school and then didn't see them again all day. It felt really weird. Alicen got picked up by Barry, got to have a lunch date and then did 2 calls with him. She behaved perfectly, was polite and quiet and lovely to everyone.
I am watching my DVR'd general hospital and then i'm off to bed.
