Busy Thursday coming
This morning I took the girlie to school in her blue shirt (for colors week) and a tiara from halloween. She was quite happy to wear it to school. Got gas, dropped the boys at school and came home to take a shower. I then popped over to the librar to get my holds. Last discs of season one Gilmore Girls. It's so good. I finished it this afternoon. I also got season 3 of felicity (I had to skip several shows of season 2, I read several different recaps because I couldn't get the discs, the ones from the library were damaged and the local video store didn't have them. I didn't really want to spend a ton of time looking for it so I winged it. It actually went really well, I wasn't lost when I was able to watch the discs available for season 2.
I also got a couple books that actually looked good. I am having a horrible reading slump, just not finding anything that grabs me.
We'll see how these hold up.
While I was at the library I got a call from Mike at home depot asking me to cme in for an interview. I would be cashiering with training for being a book keeper there. There is not a book keeping postion available right now but I could train for the position and become the back up book keeper until a position became available. We'll see how much I want it after the interview. I heard back from Fred Meyer again saying that they still want me, I am still on top of thier list and on the radar, but there just isn't a position available right now.
AUGH. I'll go in for my interview on Thursday at 10:00. Barry will get Alicen from preschool.
I also have a doctor's appointment on Thursday afternoon. I have been having a lot of dizzy spells along with headaches that are lasting too long. I think it is stress. I was having a lot of angst about changing jobs, had a rough time with Con last week about homework...I am wondering if my blood pressure is going up??? I am not as worried as Barry seems to be.
But I am going to go in and tell her all my symptoms (whether they are related or not) and just see what she says.
Then I work Thursday night. I am also working on Sunday this week as LP is going to be at a festival. I am working at the festival so we'll see how that goes!
it'll make up some hours that I am loosing out from the earlier closing.
Con is also having some difficulty with not putting in any effort at school. I got an email from his teacher this afternoon. Math is so easy for hm that he just rushes through, is sloppy and gets done as quickly as possible. Writing has been messier than usual lately, and he hasn't been adding much detail to any of his writing.
we'll have to talk to him about that.
Miles is having a good week at school despite teh fact that he skidded along the gravel on his face at school. He was playing soccer and went for the ball with his face.
