Happy Monday
A good episode last night - the Dana stuff looks to be screwing up Cole's day as well now! I loved the scenes when she told him what was going on and his reaction to it. "What would you have done?" - "not this!!". I was really worried for a minute there that Cole was gonna kill those dudes and then I was more worried that Cole was gonna be killed himself. I was mighty pleased when that dude called out "Jenny!!" to warn them - even though he was dying he still wanted to save them both. Maybe he wasn't as bad as we first thought? Obviously his friend was a complete freak.
I'm glad Cole's alive but now they're both in a whole heap of trouble - I know they both went AWOL and will be in trouble for that but I hope they don't try to cover up those deaths. I'm sure Cole would want to do the right thing and call it in but I'm not sure that Dana/Jenny will want to. It will, after all, expose all of the lies she's been telling for however long.
I'm not sure if their relationship can survive this though. I not really bothered if it doesn't either. They both just need to get their heads back in the game. This is serious!
While Jack is obviously a bad ass I wasn't too keen on the way he treated Hastings last night - Hasting wasn't the on ordering that person to talk to Renee in the first place so how can he really call the whole thing off? We'll see how that plays out soon enough I suppose. The way Jack mentioned how he used to be head of CTU was good but when he was the boss he had to do things he didn't like - the same way Hastings has to. It's just part of the job I suppose.
I don't see why Renee isn't telling the whole truth though - it was self defense anyway but not in the way she's saying it was. And if they find evidence that goes against what she's saying she'll be in all kinds of trouble. I don't believe she agreed to go on that mission just to get the dude anyway. I know she's batshit crazy right now but I don't think she's capable of premeditated murder. I could be wrong but that's how I'm seeing her right now.
Nice Chloe stuff too - loved her asking Jack if he's okay. Cute.
I totally knew that Farhad was gonna go against those people and call for help. I wonder if Jack will find him before they do?
In other news: "Criminal Minds" was good again on Friday. The storyline about this group of guys killing people because "it was fun, boss" was scary because I watched a real life crime programme about a case like that. Unfortunately it actually happens. That's what makes "Criminal Minds" a good show, I think.
Friday night also saw a good start to season two of "True Blood" - as is usual with the show the characters other than Sookie and Bill interest me more. Sam's my favourite so I'm curious about where his storyline is gonna go now.
I haven't watched the finale of "Being Human" yet so will be avoiding posts relating to it til tomorrow! I'm gonna watch it tonight after "Glee"" - incidentally I ordered the "Glee" soundtrack CD last night. Does that mean I've been converted!
