No Emma in "Glee" last night. No sexy Will dancing either. Both of these things make me sad :(
But despite those glaring omissions there were some good things about this episode. I still love Will, of course, and it was nice to see Artie get a storyline - I felt quite sorry for the girl with the blue in her hair (name?), it's not her fault she's apparently "normal".
Some cool insight into Sue too - it's nice to know she's not just a total hardass - but I can't help feeling a bit disappointed after last weeks episode.
Love the Sky listings' synopsis for next weeks episode:
"Brand new series - Ballads: Rachel has a crush on Will. Will tries to shake her off but it's no use and Emma, who has been helping him discourage Rachel, also develops and crush on him"
Hahaha! Emma's been crushing on/in love with Will since, well, forever! It's not a new development! It looks like a good episode though.
After watching "Glee" I watched the series finale of "Being Human" which was as epic as predicted in some ways, but a bit of an anti-climax in others. I loved the scene of Mitchell and George talking to Annie through the TV. I think that should have been the finale scene of he episode but instead we got that weird Herrek scene that seemed to be tacked onto the end just to make it more of a cliffhanger. I didn't like that scene at all. It ruined the sadness of the one that had gone before it.
The whole Mitchell thing seemed to be forgotten about to easily - although I did love the way George said he didn't want to know the things Mitchell had been doing because he needs him right now and doesn't want to look at him a different way anymore. That was really sweet and made perfect sense. It also explained quite nicely why it hadn't been mentioned at all. I hope we get more of that next series.
I loved the bit when George heard Annie's phone message. It was really sad.
It was a good end to a good series though. Now how are they gonna get Annie back?
In other news: I have a cold. It sucks but I've been medicated so I can go to work - it wears off by the time I get home so I then feel a bit "ugh". I'm using this Beechams stuff which is awesome.
I can't believe
Kristian Digby's dead. I really like watching his daytime shows when I'm not working. Watching him and Dom on "To Buy Or Not To Buy" was a great way to spend my week day mornings during the summer holidays. Week day morning TV won't be the same without him :(
