I just finished watching " motorcycle diaries" that i rented from netflix (of course). It took me a good week or so to get around to watching it. My mom had rented it once already while i was away and my sister heather didn't like it too much. She actually said it was stupid. Well, I got around to watching half of it last night and then i got tired ( Read more... )

i love that movie. i own it actually. we should have a subtitle movie watching fest sometime.

as for the traveling I am for sure going to backpack through europe for *at least a month* after graduation to see all the architecture and art that europe has to offer.. I'm going to go in september because it is still summer there (but starting to cool off) and it is the off season for tourism so things will be cheaper. I was going to do it by myself and then realized that it might not be such a good idea. I'm looking for a traveling partner(s) perhaps you might give it some thought?

do you know how much fun we would have in europe together!? It would be awesome! Doesn't it suck to be a girl and want to travel? You can't do it alone because it is too dangerous..but atleast you'll have company i guess. But you know what i mean?

That would be amazing, I agree. I think the thing I'd like about it the most is nobody would be able to find me! I'd just stay on the road for months and live out of cheap hotels and roadside diners, or, as the case may be, in a sleeping bag and eating trail mix, and nobody would have a clue where I was or what I was doing. I'd see the world and come back and not say a word about it--it would be my little secret, and people would be perplexed at why I suddenly would be so much happier.

Then again, I'm a little odd. :)

Where would you go first?

New Mexico. It's cleaner than regular Mexico.

That's something I've been wanting to do for years. I want to buy a dirt bike and ride through the Desert with nothing but a guitar and a sleeping bag, and about six gallons of drinking water.

i wouldn't know where to start, honestly. I would want to do it through almost every continent...here, europe, and asia the most though. The language barrier would be a hurdle but just get a few phrase books and i could be on my way. What about you ky? Where would you go?

I watched that movie about 3 times. And each time, i fell in love with it over and over again. I think it's what you said....the thought of getting lost...and being content wherever you end up. E, I can picture you traveling. All over the place, and enjoying it just like they did. I just wanted to say hello. And anytime you feel like talking, I'm right here for you.
