I have been on a real beans and lentils kick since 2010 began. So far I have made 2 big batches of chili, one batch of Rockin' Moroccan Stew with Chick Peas, a few refried bean burritos, ham and lentil soup and now Meatless Moussaka. My New Years Eve was awesome. Tim and I hosted Brooke and her man for a feast of three curries. We were later joined by Blair and his sis, Chris and Shauna. The crew left around 11pm which allowed Tim and I to ring in the New Year dancing in the living room. Joy. Pure Joy.
