On Friday, I submitted my paperwork to go back to school. It took nearly two hours and $38, but I've got my paperwork in.
I've also applied to the nursing program at Marshall. I'm kind of nervous about it, and I won't hear anything back regarding acceptance or rejection from the program until March. The women in the admissions office told me there are a lot of applicants and a long screening process. Hopefully I get accepted.
If I do get accepted, the plan is to get my BSN in nursing and then go on to get a Master's in nurse midwifery. I've also thought about becoming a travel nurse, which would be pretty awesome. Basically, I would be paid excellent money to travel just about anywhere in the world, and live and work there for a set period of time. You can even take your family and your pets with you in some travel nurse programs.
Anyway. That's all I really wanted to say. Keep your fingers crossed for me that I get in!
