Games
It would have been practically a perfect football day if we could have pulled off that game in overtime. Georgia lost. Michigan lost. Notre Dame lost. It would've been great. Oh well.
I've decided that being at stuck here at home for games is no fun. Last year I had an excuse cause I had to work, which was still cool cause I was in Auburn and the atmosphere was still there. So, I'm in the market for tickets. Preferrably student tickets, but regular ones would be ok too, to the next few home games. If you know anyone who wants to sell their's please let me know!
In other news, I start work Monday! I'm excited, but nervous... and worried. Now I just have to adjust my sleeping schedule so I can get up early enough to drive to Huntsville by 6am... which I suppose means I have to be up at 4...yuck... that's when I've been going to bed!
My trip to Gainesville was fun. It was good to see Jeremy and see Florida's campus when not with the band. It was pretty crowded down there, but it didn't seem 'gameday-like' if that makes any sense. We didn't actually go on the campus on the day of the game, but we were there the day before and there didn't seem to be much tailgating. We did see a few RVs in the Walmart parking lot. We watched a whole lot of football and really enjoyed Michigan's loss to Appalachian St several times over b/c ESPN replayed it a million times. The only bad part of the trip was the drive home which seemed oh-so-long.
