Why do I get my hopes up on this sort of thing?
Find out that a Blu-Ray release of ADGTH is being done in widescreen, get hopes that they'll finally release a copy of the film with an image quality worthy of the art within.
Stalk their page on Blu-Ray.com and just about explode from rage into a Rapidash when you read this:
"$10 at wally world
Its an MGM catalog release..and like their other titles, they spent no time or money improving the video quality of this one either..Dust speckles and a dirty print..Colors are as dull as the dvd..Not even worth the $10..."
Still, that's just one review...with no regard made for capitalization and punctuation...before the actual release...and the reason I'm STALKING the site is that with their reviews they post hi-res screencaps....must see if their screencaps and the site's review says different....>8(
(If anything, I would just like to be able to make nice clear icons and graphics from caps and such, I mean, Charlie just has such a great expressive face. IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK?!)
