Some of you locals may have seen how obsessively I keep track of my finances, using GnuCash to keep track of my bank accounts, credit cards, and what I refer to as my "cash account" - keeping track of the cash I carry around and what I spend it on, down to the penny. no dating 'til out of debt
I am pondering a new rule for myself: no dating until I'm out of debt. I feel like this rule would be healthy for me in multiple ways.
Specifics still being weighed. -

Good things:- I found a DVD copy of Cast a Deadly Spell for $25 thanks to a probably ten-year-old alert list on Half.com. This makes four copies of the movie I own now, but this one is the most permanent+legal.

Just updated the balance sheet budget bill schedule check register GnuCash for the upcoming month. There are three credit cards currently outstanding on my get-out-of-debt-by-30 plan. I am scheduled to pay two - TWO - of them off this month. TWO! This is big. This is awesome ( Read more... )
