I said bye to Jasmine yesterday. Jasmine is my younger sister. We've been arguing a lot recently, but even arguing with her is better than not having her here. I had been extremely discontent with the way my life has been for the past couple of weeks until about five minutes ago. Then I realized it's because I'm going through a period of intense change. Everyone changes all the time, but sometimes things just shift in one's life so abruptly that it marks the end of an era and the beginning of another.

Silent Weekend was easily the highlight of my March. We were over a hundred people who know sign language, native signers and CSUN Deaf Studies majors combined.
