I'm pretty happy with that, since it was the last episode before the sucking known as "Season 6" began. Bastards. The season premiere had me all full of joy and now this past week's Buffy looked like it was nose-diving into Melodramaville again, especially with the five-billionth "And the world will end soon! Biggest bad thing ever soon!" weak attempt at cool foreshadowing. The five billionth. In two episodes. Still holding out hope, though.
And in other news, sis got a new car. Not just "a new car", but rather a black 2002 Monte Carlo with all the goddamned trimmings. Makes me seriously want to get my Cherokee sometime soon. However, since a car dealership would have to be both irrationally moronic and deeply interested in never getting their money at the same time, I suppose I should not set my hopes too high. My brother said that lenders will approve people with poor credit before people with no credit, but I think I fall into the "Well, except you" catergory there.
Archon was a huge fucking letdown. Hanging out with people was cool, but having to deal with schedules of being places sucked. And though I'm glad people showed up for the 10:00am sunday tournament, it was only eight of you bastards and I really would have rather gotten some semblance of sleep instead. Didn't get to see people for long enough, which was kinda crap. I think I got to talk to Shawn for all of thirty minutes before he zipped back to the dirty south. Went to Dave and Buster's which was sort've a letdown since everyone had built it up so much, but wasn't all that bad. Burger good! LA Machinegun good! Crappy video game selection bad.
