I have an unscheduled day off from work because my Little Mister is sick. He has been sick since Friday, which is unusual for him. My kids (*knock wood* and all of that) are typically healthy aside from an occasional cold or whatever. I managed to get through almost a full day at work, which was definitely an achievement since I am still, erm, fighting off a cold. I was achy and exhausted all freaking day but made it through play group, an assessment, and a home visit.
