And Another One Bites The Dust..
ACK! So I just got an email from the University of Florida letting me know "as soon as possible" that I did not get in. This makes me nervous as I sure would have liked to go to Florida (sunny weather, you know), that and I had considered it to be one of my backups after all the big schools reject me. Although I may be blowing this somewhat out of proportion, I've started thinking "Jason, it's totally possible that you won't get into any of these schools, and as embarrassing as that may be (considering I applied to 10 places) life goes on so what are you going to do?" I suppose I'll humor this self abusing statement more after I get one or two more rejection letters. Today we had an interview with the Leaf Chronicle and Stacy asked "why choose art?" and all the answers had something to do with passion etc. etc. and I had thought in my head, "I don't even like art, but I'm a masochist and I like to suffer." It was a sarcastic thought, but the more I think about it...
