Okay so I think I'll do a little entry about the 2009 Barista competition. I had a really great time, and learned a lot about coffee. I'm going to do this by days.

My new job is at Tryst on 2459 18th Street, which is downtown in the neighborhood of Adams Morgan. IT's pretty cool. There seems to be a nice platform for advancing in a career as a barista/ coffee roaster if that is what I so desire to do.
