Teh Interwebs today made me aware of a photographer named Andrew Bush. I am enjoying the hell out of his series Vector Portraits, a series of "Photographs taken while travelling [sic] 50 to 70 mph in Los Angeles and other parts of the Southwestern United States" from 1989 to 1997.

I stumbled on this collection of wonderful advertisements for a variety of products and encourage everyone to check it out posthaste:

Because The Wife and I were kids in the 1970s, we were exposed to a lot of kid media that espoused how wonderful and unique kids are and how YOU (because you are a kid) are special and different and unique.

My pal Renee has a Brandon Bird print of an epic sea battle between a whale, a giant squid, and a Tyrannosaurus Rex in her bathroom. She is, rightfully, very proud of it.
