Tonight, I'm listening to KMPS, one of the two local country music radio stations. There are many things I love about country music:

• Almost all of the songs are ballads. I love ballads.
  
• Because the songs are ballads, country singers clearly enunciate their words. It drives me nuts to not be able to understand a song, and I never have that problem ( Read more... )

I have only one point, for both candidates:

For the love of God, stop blathering on and on and on about reducing taxes. I'm beginning to feel that you think you can buy my vote, and I'm offended.

I was in a meeting recently where we were having a discussion about adding resources to a particular team. It was difficult, because many of the meetings participants were enthusiastic about the idea. I wasn't.
