The clock is ticking on my tenure as a vestryperson at St. Michael's and I've started celebrating early by attending another service at Ascension. I'm not sure what last Sunday's theme was supposed to be. There were a lot of Scripture readings having to do with laws and strictures against this and that. I had to search my program to make sure they weren't quoting from St. Paul (again.) Managed to get through 24 hours without losing my temper. Major victory dance. One more year to go.

The Rector wants to have breakfast with me. Quick, what did I say, when did I say it and, who did I say it to?

Easter morning service was not packed. It was full. But, people managed to find seats easily with help from the ushers. I sat next to James and Oliver. Frank Lee landed next to me.
