Managed to get through 24 hours without losing my temper. Major victory dance. One more year to go.

I haven't blogged about this much, mostly because it's kind of a boring topic (as most of Life's everyday things are) but, I'm in the process of trying to refinance my home mortgage. Honestly, until just a few months ago, I'd no idea interest rates were so low or that banks were even still giving out loans these days.
