We have played with the proposed rules for two sessions and I've put together some revisions.  If anyone else has played with these ideas let me know so I can use that feedback for the 1.01 re-write.

I'm working on an exchange by exchange conflict mechanism with a stress track but it's still rough.  Anyone interested in looking it over and making suggestions is welcome to let me know. 

1.      Set Stakes, Agree On Resolution, Walk Away or there is a Conflict. If you Agree or Walk Away you must abide by the resolution.

 When faced with a challenge that needs resolving but should not take up a lot of in game time.

Take your Passion of 10 and distribute in up to 5 specific Passions (Is there a need for a different word for Total Passion and Specific Passions so this does not get confused? If so, do you have any suggestions?). Three to four Passions are usually good. These should be written as an action that can be resolved. Good Passions should be difficult ( Read more... )

This is a powerful player resource to advance the story not a character resource to win a conflict. Players may hold on to an amount of Good Stuff during a session equal to their Passion. Unspent Stuff may be used at any time.

Aspects are a narrow ability, connection, situation, etc. under each Trait. A ranked Trait has one free Aspect and additional Aspects at 10, 30, 60, 100, 150, 200, 250 etc.
