A day in review
After sleeping the vast majority of the morning away, desertrowan and I headed out into the nearly-Summer weather for a bit of a walk, a bit of shopping, and eventually some book reading down on the South Bank. The sky was clear, the sun was bright and warm, the conversation pleasant, useful and necessary ... a lovely day all in all.
Wanting something new and exciting for our evening entertainment, we decided to try a little S&M in Angel. It's something we've been thinking about trying for some time now and tonight, the timing was just right.
The experience was .... fantastic! Hot and steamy, completely satisfying, and it felt like the most natural thing in the world. Juices dripped *everywhere* at times it was soft at creamy, at others firm, yet moist, and the occasional explosion bursting through the senses.
All in all, the Sausage and Mash cafe was fantastic. They seem to use locally sourced ingredients for just about everything, the prices were reasonable, and the food was ridiculously filling! Even better - they seem to be a chain!
