Catching up on my theatre reviews, I've been moving away from the big West End shows in favour of smaller performances. One benefit is that they're cheaper, so you can see a live performance for roughly the same price as going to the cinema. Yesterday (Friday) I took the day off work so that I could watch Circus Hilarious, along with Peter and Amy from the Tiswas Online forums. This was very funny, and it's been quite a while since I laughed that much.

On Sunday I went up to The Horseshoe Inn in Wellingborough for "Tiswas Night". This was a themed evening, organised by one of my teammates from the World Custard Pie Championships, so there were various sketches/games in the beer garden as well as the official Tiswas cage (from the "Reunited" TV show). On Saturday, I was out on SJA duty, covering "Seasons of Love" in South Norwood by St Mark's Players. They did a performance on Friday night, then a matinee and an evening performance on Saturday, so I handled both of them.
