I love the Net, and I love the things that I stumble across. They make me smile.
Today, while working out how to embed video on the Global Collaborative, I came across Jessica Alba and the staring contest. If you know this story, you can stop reading now (it is quite old - I'm a bit slow to pick up on these things).
About a year ago, kevjumba posted a video on YouTube. He stared into the screen (in your classic staring content way). Then he challenged Jessica Alba to respond.
And she did! And she won, too.
Maybe this was all a pre-arranged publicity stunt. If it was, please let me know. If not, I like the idea that someone from nowhere (well, YouTube) can challenge someone from celebrity-ville to a silly game and they respond.
Maybe that's just me.
