I had recipe success with the "Sweet Matzo and Cheese Pudding" from Gourmet Mag (link in previous post). It looked pretty darn fugly, to be honest, but it had a taste that's definitely reminiscent of sweet noodle kugel (pudding). For the cooks: I haven't made this myself, but it's supposed to be a REALLY easy from-scratch bread. The dough takes about 5 minutes to make and can be refrigerated up to two weeks.
