2K10 Games
Next in my "Great Timewasters of 2010" series, my gaming list. It seems like I did a hell of a lot of gameplay this year, with a good two thirds of it concentrated on the XBox 360 and most of the rest on the PlayStation 3. Game of the year for me was Red Dead Redemption, which I missed on the initial release and picked up several months later - I'm about a third of the way through it right now and taking my time, savouring the story and the atmosphere. Other titles I wrung a lot of value from included Battlefield Bad Company 2, and Splinter Cell: Conviction.
For 2011 I am of course looking forward to the game I spent the last two years working on, Deus Ex: Human Revolution - and beyond that it's a sequeltastic year with Killzone 3, Space Marine, F.3.A.R., Crysis 2 and Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. I also plan to try and break my FPS habit and get back into all the RPGs that I started and left unfinished...
