Yesterday's bike and lift.
Biking yesterday was alright. Thirty hardcore minutes on the stationary bike. It was difficult, but not hardcore. I have a lot of room to still improve in biking. Legs were not on fire, just... warmed? Or just below on fire? Well, whatever, still gotta try harder on biking.
Lifting went very good. Starting to feel kinda powerful. Raised the amount of weights for most things. But as a result, I'm very very sore today. So I am holding off working out till tomorrow for swimming and running, cause it's not just my legs are sore, but shoulders are pretty sore too. Does anybody know a good method to recover from lifting weights better?
