Yesterday's run and forgotten core.
Yesterday's run, which is my tempo run, went very well, although it was 45 degrees at 6:30 in the morning. Had a nice 10 minutes warm up, then stretched out at the school down the street from me. After that, I headed out and tried to bust my ass for 20 minutes. I didn't feel like I was running as fast, but I seemed to have covered more distance then the last week or two. So I'm not sure. Then I followed it up with a very slow 10 minutes jog to cool down, and stretched out again.
I'm getting bad at keep up with core, but will get it done this week.
