Bike and swim.

Today's bike ride was pretty good, covered more ground in about 50 minutes than I had planned, but thats ok. Didn't really look at my odometer, mostly tried to keep a steady pace of 15mph. Of course then again, thats also while trying to battle wind and hills. I was going to just charge this pair of hills today, but for whatever reason, there was already a buncha people on it walking with babies or dogs or something. Jerks. But the wind and ample hills still made it a good ride.

Swimming was very good. I didn't do it last sunday because I had RiverRun, although I know thats a crappy excuse. But got in today, and didn't feel like I lost any ground whatsoever. After warming up, things felt like they were clicking. Except hip rotation, that still just feels really foregin to me. But I definitely swam tall, strong, tried to slice the water with hands, and just felt pretty fluid today.
