DHL

In the middle of studying for my last exam, I almost missed the door bell ringing, ... well, unfortunately I didn't, because now I have to carry back myself, what the DHL boy delivered:

I received a packet that just left my hands a week ago, the packet containing the second IBM Thinkpad, which I returned saturday. I was about to refuse it, when I noticed that only half of the package arrived. I had it strapped together with the docking station box, what I got now was just the Notebook without the docking station. I called the notebook shop, but they didn't receive it either. The delivery boy had no clue, said he couldn't do nothing - of course. That's the beauty of outsourcing service, everyone can claim to have no clue about the entire process.

So instead of studying I'll be on my way to the post office in a minute, trying to solve this mystery of
  • How could those both pieces get separated,
  • where's the second piece?? and
  • who's going to pay for retransmission

Oh, btw,... I'm pissed!

service, dhl, anger, computer
