Cabaret
Yesterday I went to see the musical Cabaret which some of you probably know from the 1972 movie Cabaret.
It's about an American writer who comes to Berlin to find inspiration for his book. But what he finds is love, lust, and distraction in the infamous Berlin Kit-Kat-Klub. So he falls in love with the dancing star who was fired from the club and found shelter at his place. He wants to take her to America to get away from the Nazis, but she decides to stay in Berlin. The plot is pretty much like Moulin Rouge, sex and drama, and supposedly it's a true story.
Uhm.. dunno what else to say, but. It was real good. :) Impressing band, btw.
