Even though it's a civic holiday today, I'm up relatively early. Couldn't sleep too much as my body is just hurting in various places. The left shoulder is particularly bad. The exercises seem to be helping, but the pain from them has made the condition much worse ( Read more... )

It's Thursday in the Ottawa valley. The temperature has dropped, though not as low as it's going to get over the weekend, but the sun is out so hopefully the day will feel warmer than it has so far ( Read more... )

It's been a relatively calm day in my life, except for one incident that I'm not going into.

I went for a haircut today, since I've been about three weeks overdue for that. In honour of haircuts, and just because I like the video, here's a Van Stephenson video.
