Trying SO hard to not flip my lid. I thought I was being perfectly clear. I am not arranging anything now. I'm not good at organizing, I don't live in (or even that near) to Osaka, and my Japanese is pretty shit.
I was just asking if people were interested in having a meet-up in Japan. I tried to make it clear that I'd like to meet other fans, be they other foreigners or Japanese people.
Never once did I say "I am planning" nantoka nantoka. And, even after editing the post to make the above clear, some commentators still seem to be thinking I'm an idiot for posting it there in the first place. Because, of course, foreigners don't live in Japan. (Then what the hell am I?!)
I just thought... it's pretty isolating where I am now. The only fans I know are Japanese high school girls. None of my English-speaking friends here are into the show. I love all of you guys out there in internet land of course! But sometimes it's fun to meet other people and share interests with them, you know? That's why people go to conventions after all.
Honestly, it's enough to make me want to send off a reply to the one nice Japanese girl, then delete the whole damn post. Typically, I have a fairly even temper, but this is irritating me to no end!!
