After going to Orvieto on Friday, yesterday a small group of us drove to Pitigliono another city on a sharp cliff built on tufo, volcanic rock, and riddled with caves.

Sunday
We went to Arezzo yesterday and walked around the antique fair that had taken over the city. I didn't stay much longer that past lunch and took the 1:11 train back to CF to give my ankle a rest.
Rain, rain and cool weather here for the coming week. We'll be spending a lot of time in the studio during the day and the night this week. -

Made it across the atlantic. My do I hate sitiing in a tight metal tube for hours.
Setttling in, good friends, students and food. Jet lag abating. Hot as Texas here but rain tomorrow.
Didn't bring a camera and don't see a scanner in the faculty office so use your imagination.
