Just made a possible 'gebachens' out of eggs, butter, finely ground lebkuchen, a few oats and some raisins and fried some thickish patties up in butter. Tasted like Christmas - nom.
The translations are coming faster, but so are the sources. I'm almost through the offal meats in Wecker - I can flip just a page and see the more reasonable chickens
