Finally ran across a publication with color reproductions of Maximilian's Triumpfzug. The paydirt was in the latest culinary book I checked out, interestingly enough. On order with ILL:

The description in one of the titles on WorldCat says there are 50 miniatures reproduced in true color. Whoot!!! I only have about 8 color copies of some from various sources, and the colors are so vibrant and interestingly combined.
