+My mom is crazy for pflaumenmuß (plum butter) but the first plum mush recipe has bread in it. The second might be a bit closer. This ends part 2 of the register, and the next is part 3. The book itself - part 3 already is transcribed, except for the table of contents, on the internet. I think I will concentrate on some recipes for a bit - back to the unfinished züger to finish understanding the concept, recipes for krapffen, and then whatever takes my fancy, or that I have requests for next.
