• To fast forward to the part where I'm settled in my new house.
• To have my books all on shelves again so I can get back to my normal reading habits.

Packing sucks.

But there's a new house and a shorter commute at the end of it. It will be worth it, right?

Movers are scheduled for May 16 to move me out of my house in Baltimore, and June 2 to move me into the house in D.C.

Today, I'm packing and dealing with utility companies and such.

Whee!

So, today I'd planned to finish calling insurance companies and get my homeowners insurance settled for the new place. And to call movers and get that process started. I'm also expecting calls from both of my realtors.

And yet I left my cell phone sitting at home attached to its charger.

*sigh*
