(no subject)
We got an e-mail recently at work from a guy looking to replace one of our parts. He built a robot and not the one we're used to; machines that run off computer programs in assembly applications, but far less boring! Apparently he found one of our rotators in a friend's scrap collection and used it to provide his robot with a functioning penis. Our rotator is what causes the robot to have an erection! Ahh now that's what we call creative application. Of course, we can't show my grama or grampa because they would not be amused. We had a good giggle and invited the guy to stop by one day so we can see it....of course we'll have to do it on the sly. We're still a bit unclear on the robot's job duties but can pretty much imagine how popular he would be at parties.... He has done a bit of traveling already, showing up at Burning Man and other festivals.
As for me, I'm really busy and stressed out and trying to hold it together. Other than that, I'm super excited about my trip and about finally meeting my nephew and the newest bambino who I will get to see because Heather's due June 2nd! I'm especially dying to know if I'm going to have another nephew or another niece. Speaking of nieces and nephews, Emily is developing into a genuinely charming little girl...not that she wasn't already. I talked to Becca on the phone the other day and could hear Emily chatting away in the background and rather loudly I might add. I will have tons of pictures and possibly a voice post or two so that you can hear from the Princess Emily Pants herself.
