Well this is what they keep track of on ballynutrition, which is good, because if I didn't have this info in front of me I wouldn't know how to really take care of myself. I could just count calories, but that obviously doesnt always mean you are getting the best bang out of your buck. This system has really helped me to understand how and what eating right is.

And I know, as far as weightlifting, I'm quite a gem *sparkles*. Now where are all the guys who like to get buff so we could root each other on?! That's the one thing I miss about High School: My workout buddies. *lesigh*

Well! When you figure out if it's hit or miss, mention it in your journal and I'll see if I can't convince my friend Vince to have me over in Davis for a few days. We can then proceed to have pizza, beer, and Icecream, and gain 10 pounds *thumbs up!*
