Why am I posting this? Because this is probably the very first time I had everything in a practical range! Not too much, not to little, juuuust right. I had 4 MEALS today, plus snacks, and yet I was only 30 calories above? Friggin sweet man!
Today's work out was TOUGH man. I actually didn't finish my normal reps on bench, but that's because we didn't pace ourselves like we usually do. We were all OVER that place because there was so many guys (and even a few girls!) crowding up the weight area! But anyway: military press@ 95 (too much!!) and curls @ 35 pounds, benchpress that was very not me (worn out from the first two), squats at 65 (I think we are getting close to our starting points) PullDown Bar @ 65, and calve machine @120. Not to mention that we started out on elipticals for 40 minutes (565 calories burned baby!), and I made sure Mira did some REAL crunches. We were definitly sweaty and exhausted, and I loved it. I only wish I had someone who liked to work out as much as I do. I mean in the way of lifting weights in all. It's a rush for me, and it's FUN for me, but I think Mira sees it as a means to an end. Not that she isn't a great buddy or anything, she just... isn't as excited about it as I am. Bummer. =/
The Job interview was for a checkpoint inspector waaayyyyy out on North and Golden State frontage road. $7 an hour, part time, and I get to wear a hard hat and steel toed boots. Sounds pretty kickass to me if it was more than seven stinkin dollars. Oh well, unless I get a call from Target (and I really hope I hope I HOPE I do), then I'll just sign on to this and keep looking for something else. But target man... that would be awesome (it also pays more too)!
