Travel plans
Still no Joshua. He has until June 8th, and then he will be evicted. ;)
Looks like we will be in Louisville most of June - we'll leave right after a wedding at the end of June to head down to the beach! :) We're planning on visiting fam in GA on the way back, specifically Colin's Dad.
We are hoping to do a road trip through GA in late July; I really want to hit up the Golden Isles and Savannah, but I also want to get to Callaway Gardens and Six Flags!
We'll be heading down to AL a lot in August: 1st weekend we'll be down for a cousin's baby shower, 3rd weekend we'll be down for Colin's brother's b'day and another of my cousin's college graduation, and the 4th weekend is my 10 year high school reunion!
The only sibling who I know will be visiting this summer is JAL, and that's only because she actually does her own scheduling. She'll be up for a couple of days in August.
I kept trying to talk to Mom while I was down there about Lauren and/or John coming up, but she never wanted to actually talk with a calendar in front of her. We would discuss a trip up one day and then the next day there would all of a sudden be conflicts with it. Arg. I know Lauren is waiting for her bf to ship out to Paris Island, so she won't be coming up for a while, and even then it won't be very long. I don't know if John will even get to come up, since no one seems to know what's going on with his braces.
People make fun of me for scheduling things so far in advance, but I have to, b/c I try to keep myself to a policy of the first thing in my calendar takes priority over anything else that comes up on the same date(s).
Anyway, the rest of my day looks like I will be waiting on laundry, watching the French Open, finishing up unpacking, maybe doing some exercise, and heading over to some friends' house for dinner. I should get on with it.
